1. Visit Kerasoft.com
• Open your web browser and go to Kerasoft.com.
2. Select the Professional Link
• Click on the “Professional Order” link button in the top header of the homepage.
3. Choose Your Order Type
• For new orders, select “New Business Registration.”
• For returning businesses, select “Returning Business” or “Professional (Reorder).”
4. Specify Your Business Type
• Indicate whether you are a “Retail Business” or a “Professional.”
5. Complete the Order Form
• Business Number: Enter your Registered Business Number or HST Number in the designated field.
• Order Details: Select the items you wish to order and provide any additional notes or special instructions.
• Submit Form: Click the “Submit” button to finalize your order request.
6. Order Confirmation and Follow-Up
• A Kerasoft team member will contact you within 24-48 hours regarding the availability and status of your order.
• Owns or Operates a Registered Business: This includes businesses that are federally or provincially registered.
• Examples: This classification typically covers entities such as salons, barber shops, and beauty supply stores.
A “Professional” is defined as:
• Individual Service Providers: Includes those who might rent a chair at a salon, work as a sole proprietor, or operate as a home stylist.
• Service-Focused: Professionals do not own or operate a retail store but provide personal services directly to clients.
1. Order Submission
• Online Order: After you submit your order online, a FIX team member will review the request.
2. Receive Estimate
• Estimate Email: A FIX team member will send you an emailed estimate detailing the availability of the products and their costs.
3. Confirm the Estimate
• Review Estimate: Check the estimate for accuracy and ensure all details are correct.
• Confirm Order: Click the “Confirm on the Estimate” button in the email to approve the order. This action will convert the estimate into an invoice.
4. Invoice and Payment
• Invoice Generation: The approved estimate will be converted into an invoice.
• Secure Payment: You will receive a link to our Square secure payment portal to complete the payment.
5. Order Processing
• Payment Confirmation: Once payment is processed, your order will be confirmed and prepared for fulfillment.
6. Follow-Up
• Order Status: You will receive further updates regarding the status of your order, including shipping and delivery details via email.
